Temperatures will already hit 25°C in some places by mid-morning, with southern parts pushing towards 30°C at midday — if you're planning on getting outdoors, early morning will be the best time temperature-wise.

Hot Afternoons and Beach Weather
Today will be another dry day with lots of sunshine, but unlike yesterday, as darkness descends, the eastern belt could see thermometers head into the 35°C range in between the southerly sea breeze that may develop this afternoon.

Eindhoven and Gilze-Rijen both have regional heatwaves today -- Noord-Brabant (23).

This will also mean summer conditions on the beaches with temperatures rising to between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius, and a sea breeze kicking in at times may keep it cooler later in the day.

With that cloud cover migrating its way up from the south by later in the afternoon, and it's gonna be a warm humid night - 20s on the map for some of us.

Storms Possible as Heat Persists
Some scattered showers and even a few embedded thunderstorms could fire up later Wednesday and Wednesday night into Thursday, while heavy downpours are not anticipated.

After a cloudy start on Thursday morning, most areas should be dry.

But the sun, after just a few hours of rest, will warm up tomorrow afternoon for another 30°C day, which could feel like 40° with accompanying northwesterlies over inl.
