Dutch Adults Drinking and Smoking Less, Exercising More

The percentage of the adult population in the Netherlands who are drinking and smoking has declined, while more people are moving, according to a lifestyle questionnaire from 2024. The figure has risen from 42% in 2022, according to the survey by national public health agencies. And 22 per cent of adults said they had not consumed alcohol in the last year, which was unchanged from the prior survey.
