One Injured in Oosterhout Office Fire

A big fire in an office building in Oosterhout early on Monday morning caused tremendous damage and wounded one person. The fire began around 2:30 a.m. in a building owned by a transport company. Firefighters responded swiftly and called in reinforcements to bring additional personnel and equipment.

Injury During Firefighting Efforts
A person was also injured after falling from the first floor of the building as firefighters battled to quell flames. The individual was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Three other people who were inside at the time were safely rescued and were uninjured.

Fire Contained After Swift Response
Firefighters brought the fire under control in about an hour, but emergency crews remained on the scene longer to address lingering hot spots. The cause of the fire, and the extent of damage, were still being evaluated.
